Whenever you call to request service for your 
appliance, you need to know your complete model
number and serial number. You can find this informa-
tion on the model and serial number label/plate (see
the diagram in the “Parts and Features” section).
Please also record the purchase date of your 
appliance and your dealer’s name, address, and
telephone number.

Do not try to light any appliance.

Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor’s phone. Follow the gas 
supplier’s instructions.
If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the fire department.
– Installation and service must be performed by a qualified installer, service 
agency or the gas supplier.
