Before assembly, check to see that all parts are present.
Tools needed:  hammer and a block of wood.
Using the block of wood as a buffer, hammer the pointed end of the
ground post securely into the ground, leaving approximately 6 inches
exposed above ground.
Note – If the post feels loose, move it to another spot. Remove the post
from the ground by inserting a screwdriver through both holes in the post
and gently pulling upward while rocking back and forth.
Attach the center post (straight tube) to the secured ground post. To this,
attach the top post, inserting the smaller end into the top of the center
post.
Pull the wick up through the wick holder, leaving approximately 1 1/2
inches of wick exposed. (When replacing the wick, slip the wick through
the wick holder and place the excess inside the torch body.)
Set the torch body on the post. Fill with torch fuel to the seam line only.
Let the wick soak up fuel for 2 to 3 hours before lighting.
To extinguish the torch, simply cover the wick with the snuffer cap.
WARNINGS
For outdoor use only.
Use only commercially manufactured torch fuel and follow
manufacturers directions for use and storage of the fuel.
NEVER use gasoline, alcohol or any other volatile fuel as torch fuel.
Do not store a torch that contains fuel.
Keep children and pets away from the torch.
Because torch has an open flame, do not use near combustible
materials.
Use only the snuffer cap to extinguish flame.
Keep snuffer cap on when torch is not in use to prevent
contamination of fuel.
