WALKER SERVICE
Purchaser’s Responsibility
In order to obtain service under this warranty,
you must send the Walker W-300 to:

Provide proof of purchase along with the phone when you send it in. Failure to provide
proof will result in a denial of warranty service. A description of the phones problem and
your name and address and telephone number should also be included.
Out-of-Warranty Service
If your Walker W-300 should fail to operate properly and the one year warranty has
expired, you may send your phone to Walker Equipment for prompt repair. To do so,
include a check or money order for $60 payable to Walker Equipment, along with a
description of the phone’s problem and your name, address and telephone number to:

The Walker W-300 you send under these conditions will be repaired or replaced at the
discretion of the repair department within four weeks.
