Editing existing entries in the phone
book
You may edit and delete entries in My contacts any time. Since updates
in the corporate phone book(s) made by your system administrator will
not affect My contacts, you may have to use this feature from time to
time when corporate phone book changes are made.
Editing entries in the phone book
Open the phone book. Since entries in My contacts are the only ones
that may be subject to editing, navigate to
My contacts and press the
key to open it.
Navigate to the entry to edit and press the   key again. In the submenu
that now appears, navigate to
Edit and press the   key to open for
editing of the entry.
You will now see a dialog box similar to this:
in which the name and “number” of the entry selected for editing has
already been inserted.
Edit as required and navigate down to Save and press the   key to put
the changes into effect.
