hvoraenable - Restart monitoring resource

Function
It is a feature to restart monitoring the Oracle instance or Oracle resource.
This function is disenabled while userApplication is stopped. It is enabled when
userApplication is activated next time. Execute the “hvoraenable” command while the
Oracle instance or Oracle listener is running.
Confirm if the resource state is changed from Warning to Online.

Parameter
application_name
It specifies the userApplication name including the resource that is discontinued
monitoring.
