The line information includes:

Total number of incoming Call Center calls.

The number of incoming calls answered before the configured Call

Waiting Alarm (Primary Alert) time has elapsed.

The number of incoming calls answered after the configured Call
Waiting Alarm (Primary Alert) time has elapsed, but before the
