HP designed the EVA6400/8400 with support capability to facilitate remote monitoring and email
notification of array errors/events. To take full advantage of HP's remote support solutions and maximize
the service delivery experience, these features must be enabled at time of installation. Additional fault
monitoring software is included in the EVA software media kit.
