Important Safety Instructions:
• Use with a type A 60 Watt standard incandescent light bulb (not included) or 13 watt compact fl uorescent
bulb (not included) do not exceed the recommended wattage.
• Electric bulb should be centered inside the shade, making sure it does not touch the sides of the shade.
• Recommended for use with west elm cord sets only (sold separately).
• Save the instruction.

Pre-assembly:
•Remove all parts and hardware from box along with any plastic protective packaging.
Do not discard any contents until after assembly is complete to avoid accidentally
discarding small parts or hardware.

To Assemble:
1. Unscrew the Shade Ring (D) from the Socket (A) of the cord set.
2. Insert the Socket (A) through the Spider (B) in the Shade (C) and
secure by screwing Shade Ring (D) tightly back onto the Socket (A).
3. Screw in lightbulb.
