Important Safety Instructions:
•For safety purposes, this lamp is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). If the
  plug does not fi t securely into your outlet, do not force it, contact a professional electrician. Use the plug 
  with an extension cord only if it can be fully inserted into the cord's socket. Never alter the plug in any way.
•This instruction is provided for your safety. It is important that they are read carefully and completely before
  assembling fi xture.
•This fi xture has been rated for up to (1) 60-watt TYPE A standard bulb (not included)  or  (1) 13-watt 
  compact  fl uorescent bulb   (included in box for lamps sold in the state of California lamps). To avoid the risk 
  of fi re, do not exceed the recommended wattage.
Warning:
•To reduce the risk of fi re, electrical shock or personal injury, always turn off , unplug lamp, and allow it to 
  cool prior to replacing light bulb.
•Do not touch bulb when fi xture is turned on. Do not look directly at lit bulb.
•Keep fl ammable materials away from lit bulb.
Pre-assembly:
•Remove all parts and hardware from box along with any plastic protective packaging.
•Do not discard any contents until after assembly is complete to avoid accidentally 
1. Place mounting template horizontally against the wall at the desired location. 
2. Inset the drywall anchor (A) into the mounting template until they are fl ush with the mounting template 
3. Align the back plate (L) with the two drywall anchors (A).
4. Insert the drywall screw (B) into the drywall anchor( A) until fl ush with the Back Plate (L) .
5. Unscrew the nut (K) from the threaded rod (M).
6. Align the two holes on the mounting plate (C) with the thread rod (M). 
7. Screw the nut (K) onto the threaded rod (M), tighten by hand.
8. Unscrew the shade ring (I) from the socket (F). 
9. Place shade (H) onto the socket (F). Replace the socket ring (I) and turn in a clockwise direction. 
10. Insert (1) bulb Max 60W Type A (not included) or 13-watt compact fl uorescent bulb (included in box for 
      lamps sold in the state of California lamps) into the socket. 
11. Align the diff user (J) onto the lamp shade (H).
12. Adjust the arm (E) to adjust the lamp shade( H) position, tighten the handle (D)
13. Pull the arm (G) to adjust the arm position
