COMMANDS
A summary of DGy 201 clip and disk management commands is listed 
below. Click the hyperlink to see a detailed description of the command.
Command
Description
Enables buzzer to sound when disk contents exceed the user specified 
threshold.
Turns the buzzer off, without changing buzzfunc.
Changes to a new directory. 
Launches a utility to check the file structure of the (optional) fixed disk
Launches a utility to check the file structure of the removable disk
Creates clipname2 as an identical copy of clipname1.
Gives the name of the clip currently being played.
Deletes named clip.
Removes the named (empty) directory. 
Displays a listing of all recorded clips in the current directory. 
Erases the DGy (optional) fixed disk
Erases the DGy removable disk
Makes a new directory. Relative or absolute pathnames are allowed.
Mounts a remote drive to the DGy file system to allow record/ play a remote 
disk (option).
Moves DGy from the current clip (in Play or Pause) to the beginning of the 
next clip.
Moves DGy from the current clip (in Play or Pause) to the beginning of the 
previous clip.
Change the status of an unprotected clip to protected.
Gives the absolute path of the current directory.
Places the DGy at the selected real time recording time within the selected 
clip.
Renames clipname1 to clipname2. 
Returns the time code for the current clip position.
Unmounts a remote drive from the DGy file system.
Change the status of a protected clip to unprotected.
Displays disk storage parameters.
Used to read or write the DGy disk volume name.
