This setup helps users monitor NOVA-7820 board on board system 
voltage and fan speed.  The function is implemented by on board 
W83627HF chip.  The voltage monitoring will cover V core, Vtt, +3.3V, 
SB5V, +5V and +12V.  And there is one fan connector for CPU fan.
