Install the reinforcement brace.

Remove and discard the two bolts on the brake and the two bolts on the
dyno.

Loosely secure the reinforcement brace using four 3/8-16 x 1-inch bolts with
thread lock and four 3/8-inch washers (two on the brake side and two on the
dyno side).

Loosely attach the mobile base frame to the brake using four 7/16-14 x 1-inch
bolts, eight 7/16-inch flat washers, four 7/16-inch lock washers, and
four 7/16-inch nuts. For better clarity, the reinforcement brace does not appear in
Figure 1-12.
Note: Be sure the bolts are inserted up from the bottom of the mobile base frame.
