NOTES
NOTES
• A short time after starting bake the preheat indicator
light will turn OFF,  indicating your oven has reached
the set baking temperature. The control will sound 3
beeps as a reminder the oven is ready.
• The oven indicator light on the oven control display will
turn ON and OFF while using the Bake feature. This is
normal and indicates that the oven elements are cycling
to maintain the selected baking temperature.
A bake time or start time setting cannot be added when
broiling.
The bake time feature may be added when using quick
bake (some models).
• The maximum bake time setting is 11 hours & 59
minutes.
• While baking with a bake time setting, press the bake
time keypad to display any cook time remaining.
IMPORTANT
Dark or dull pans absorb more heat than shiny bakeware
resulting in dark or overbrowning of foods. It may be
necessary to reduce the oven temperature or cook time
to prevent overbrowning of some foods. Dark pans are
recommended for pies. Shiny pans are recommended for
cakes, cookies and muffins.
To change the oven temperature after bake has
started:
1. Press bake.  Visually check the bake temperature at
this time.
2. Press the
or
 keypad to increase or decrease
the set temperature to the desired new oven
