Operating principle
You can use the steamer to steam, boil, poach and
blanch.

Af ter the boiling point calibration, fill the cooking
basin with water up to the over flow edge and run
the appliance at steam cooking level for
30 minutes to eliminate potential smells of
newness. Drain the water and thoroughly dry the
