Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act requires the Governor of California to publish a list of substances known to
the state to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and requires businesses to warn customers of potential
exposure to such substances. Carbon Monoxide is one such substance known to the state to cause birth defects or other
reproductive harm. Operation of this product could expose you to carbon monoxide if the air shutter are not adjusted
properly. Directions on how to adjust the air shutters properly can be found in more detail in the MAINTENANCE
section of the Use & Care Manual.
