SCHOLTÈS ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (USA & CANADA ONLY)
WHO IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
This limited one-year warranty ("Warranty") is given only to the
original end-use/retail purchaser (the "First Using Purchaser")
of the accompanying Scholtès product(s) (the "Scholtès
Product").
If you purchased this Scholtès Product from someone other
than an authorized Scholtès reseller/dealer in the United States
or Canada, or if the Scholtès Product was used (including but
not limited to floor models or refurbished products) prior to your
purchase, then you are not the First Using Purchaser and the
Scholtès Product that you purchased is not covered by this
Warranty. This Warranty is not transferable.

Scholtès Products purchased and used in the United States or
Canada. Subject to the exclusions below, for Scholtès Products
purchased in, but used outside, the United States or Canada,
this Warranty covers only warranty service within the United
States or Canada (and does not include shipping outside the
United States or Canada).
