The AC power supply cable is not firmly connected to the AC wall outlet.
Connect the AC power supply cable firmly to the AC wall outlet.

Increase the volume of the subwoofer with the SUB + key.
Since “WIRELESS FUNCTION” in “SUBWOOFER” is set to “OFF”, the
wireless connection is disabled.
Set the function to “ON”.
“WIRELESS FUNCTION” in “SUBWOOFER” is set to “ON”, but the
subwoofer is connected using a wired connection.
Set the function to “OFF”.
The subwoofer
connection indicator
glows orange.
The subwoofer’s built-in protective circuit was activated.
Disconnect the power cable, and contact your nearest Yamaha dealer or
service center to request repair.
The TX indicator on the
center unit blinks, and
the connection indicator
on the subwoofer blinks
red or green.
Poor wireless communication prevents connection of the center unit and
subwoofer.
Move the subwoofer closer to the center unit.
If the problem persists, move the subwoofer to a location where its
connection indicator steadily glows green.
If there are obstacles such as metal furniture obstructing communication
between the center unit and subwoofer, rearrange furniture or move the
subwoofer to a location that ensures proper wireless communication.
Move this unit away from devices such as microwave ovens or wireless
network devices that emit electromagnetic waves.
Use cables to connect the subwoofer to the center unit.
The TX indicator on the
center unit blinks, and
the connection indicator
on the subwoofer glows
red, or continuously
blinks red.
The center unit and subwoofer are not paired.
Pair the center unit and subwoofer.
If the TX indicator does not glow steadily after pairing, the unit may be
malfunctioning. Disconnect the power cable and contact your nearest
Yamaha dealer or service center to request repair.
Sounds from the

intermittent (the TX

sound is interrupted).
Poor wireless communication results in intermittent connection of the center
unit and subwoofer.
Move the subwoofer closer to the center unit.
If the problem persists, move the subwoofer to a location where the TX
indicator on the center unit glows steadily.
No sound coming out of
the subwoofer connected
