Slip plastic screw cap (7) onto 3/16" I.D. Plastic Tube (9), ensuring the
flared end (larger opening) faces outwards.
Insert Plastic Hose Barb (4) into Plastic Tube, pressing firmly until the flat portion touches
the end of the hose. Use a hard surface to press down, if necessary.
