Set-up next data transfer
- Load next data byte into DATA register
- Reload PTSCOUNT and PTSCON1 registers
- Create start bit (clear TXD)
- Select PTS service for EPA channel
- Re-initialize the EPA channel
- Re-initialize the EPA timer to initiate first bit transfer
