External covering made in  pre-varnished metal sheet with IP 55 water protection. Three different
hood washing cycles, each divided in two phases: the washing phase (detergent mixed with hot
water) and the rinsing phase (water). Detergent dosage selection. Washing cycles can be programmed
daily or weekly with automatic or manual start set by the operator. 

Frontal panel equipped with programmable keyboard and display showing the current situation of
the system. Alarms signaling the lackness of detergent and  tension. Washing system divided in two
sections: Electric section (electronic card, fuses, block, relay, main swich, etc.) and Hydraulic section
(detergent pump, float, detergent container, detergent strainer, non return valve etc.)
