7.  Work your way around the edges and across the bottom edge, and remove the logic upper 

assembly. 

 

Install the logic upper assembly according to the following procedures. 

1.  Seat the logic upper assembly in the correct position on the laptop. 

2.  Press down the logic upper assembly, starting from the top edge and toward the bottom edge. 

Make sure that the hooks on the back of the assembly are securely in place.  

3.  Connect the power board FFC, touch pad FFC and RGB board FFC and secure the logic 

upper assembly with two M2x3 and one M2x6 screws as indicated in Figure 4.13. 

4.  Close the laptop and turn it upside down. 

5.  Secure the logic upper assembly to the logic lower assembly with eight M2x6 screws as 

indicated in Figure 4.12.
