Chapter 6: Firmware Upgrade

STEP 2: Connect the MCCAT Unit to the Computer Running the
Upgrade Utility

1. Prepare one DB9 male‐to‐female serial (RS‐232) cable.

Note: If you donʹt have this cable, contact Raritan technical support
for details.

2. Connect one end of the serial cable to one of the serial ports of the

computer; connect the other end to the Admin port of the MCCAT
unit.
