5.3. Password 

Limit the usage of menus by setting a password. 

The DVR provides 1 ADMIN and 3 USER accounts. 

 

① USER AUTHENTICATION: Set up the user permissions and password for the menus. The password 

must be a 4‐digit number, and can be selected with the number keys (0~9). 

② USER PASSWORD: Enter a user password. 

`The password must be a 4‐digit number, and can be selected with the number keys 0~9.

③ EVENT BEEP: You may activate a buzzer when an incorrect password is entered 3 or more times. 

 

 

 

Use the USER PASSWORD option to set up user permissions. You can give different permissions to a 

total of 4 USER accounts including ADMIN.
