 If you to try to view a feature key that is not programmed the 

IP Deskphone displays the message: Program Key Not 
Available (Key is empty)

.

 If you try to view a feature key that is designated as a line 

key, the IP Deskphone displays the message: Program Key Not 
Available (Key is a line key)

 shows the edit feature key screen.

1. To select a feature key to edit, do one of 

the following:

— Press the 

navigation key 

to scroll through the feature keys to 
highlight the one you want to edit 
and then press the 

 context-

sensitive soft key. 

— Press  the 

 key that you want 

to edit and then press the 

context-sensitive soft key.

— Use the dialpad to select the 

 key that you want to view 

and then press the 

context-

sensitive soft key.

The 

 screen opens as

2. Press the 

context-sensitive soft 

key to return to the previous screen.
