Email directory

Use the email directory to store email addresses you need, for example for sending text

messages to email addresses. You can save about 200 entries in the email directory, the

telephone directory and the speed dial list.

Storing a new email address

Opening an email directory, viewing and changing an address

Precondition:You have opened the email directory (page 28).

Step 1: Open the email directory:

Open the directory.

Deleting

Select the menu item and confirm.
Step 2: Create the entry:

New Entry

Confirm.

Enter the address (for text input see page 82).
During entry…
Press the display key to open the menu.

either ...

Insert period:

Insert '.'

Select the menu item and confirm.

or ...

Insert @:

Insert '@'

Select the menu item and confirm.

or ...

Activating/deactivating predictive text (page 83):

Predictive Text

Select the menu item and confirm.

... then

Store the email address.
Press the display key to open the menu.

Save Entry

Confirm. The entry is stored.

Long press (back to idle status).

View

Select the entry and press the display key. The

number is displayed.
Changing an entry:

Edit

Press the display key.

Change the address.
Press the display key to open the menu.

Save Entry

Confirm. The entry is stored.

Long press (back to idle status).
