Always make sure the appliance is unplugged from electrical outlet and sufficiently cool before cleaning.

The outside body of the thermo pot can be wiped w/ a soapy damp cloth. Never immerse electrical parts of the thermo
pot in water or any other liquid.

Do not use harsh scouring agents, powders, or chemicals as these may damage the exterior finish of the unit.

Descale the thermo pot regularly, possibly once a week depending upon the hardness of water and the frequency of
use. Normal commercial descaler for the unit can be use, follow the instruction for the given descaler.

To descale, fill half of the thermo pot with water and half with vinegar, bring to boil and let solution remain for overnight
inside the unit. The next day, pour out the vinegar lime water solution and fill the thermo pot with fresh water and bring
to boil; this water must also be pour away.
