When a disc is mounted in a drive, the disc icon will appear on the desktop, and you can
double-click on it to launch the disc.

Accessing/playing discs from Client Macintosh systems
Macintosh systems that have the Client software installed can access Changers on remote

To access remote Changers, go to the Browser pulldown menu, and select Add Remote...
This will bring up the Add Remote... dialog box. Enter the I.P. address of the host system.
Once connected, the MediaFinder window for the Changer that is connected to the host
system will appear on the client system desktop. All discs can then be access just as if the
Changer were connected to the client system.

Recent Remotes rollover menu, so that clients can re-connect with that host by selecting the

Handling DVD-RAM media
DVD media is sensitive to dust and fingerprints. Carefully handle media by its edges only.
If a DVD movie skips or hangs during playback, clean the media. Most DVD video
playback issues are media-related and can be remedied by proper handling and care of

Try to avoid touching the read area (underside) of the disc as dirt and smears will
degrade the disc accessing speed.

If the disc becomes dirty, wipe it with a damp soft cloth. Avoid cleaning in a circular
