TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
(check before sending for service*)
Check the following if your unit should fail during operation. You can also refer
to the pages of this manual for complete instructions.
Return unit to authorized OMRON dealer.
Continuous operation 
button does not light up.
• With AC adapter in use
Continuous operation 
button does not light up.
• With battery
No nebulization.
Low nebulization rate.
➀ Is the AC adapter
plugged into 120V 
electrical outlet?
➁ Is the AC adapter 
connected to the unit?
➀ Are the batteries
inserted correctly?
➁ Are the batteries
charged?
➂ Are alkaline batteries
inserted?
➀ Is there medication in
the medication cup?
➁ See above for power
➂ Is the mesh cap in 
working order?
➀ Is the medication 
cup broken?
➁ Check the medication
level in the cup.
➂ Is the battery working?
➃ Is the vibration 
horn clean?
➄ Is the mesh cap broken?
Insert plug.
Connect correctly.
Wipe the battery connectors
on the battery cover with
vinegar. Place batteries 
correctly.
Change all batteries.
Use all alkaline batteries.
Fill medication cup.
Turn unit on.
Replace mesh cap.
Replace medication cup if
necessary.
Add medication if necessary.
Check battery.
Switch to AC operation.
Clean the vibration horn.
Replace cap.
