Modem Cable
 
If you want to connect to the manager port using a 
 
modem, you will need a cable as shown in the table 
 
below. This connects the manager port’s 9 pin 
 
D-type connector to a 25-pin serial port on a 
 
modem.
 
LAN Port Connecting Cable - 10BaseT
 
The 10BaseT port terminates with an RJ45 connector 
 
which can be connected to the 10BaseT port on 
 
another device. The table below shows the pin-outs 
 
for a straight through cable.
