Please read instructions carefully to understand how to operate your Timex watch.
Your model may not have all of the features described in this booklet.

1) Push 

 for 3 seconds, then press  again. Second digits and Tuesday flag will flash.

2) Press 

 to reset seconds to 00.

, minute digits flash. Press  to set digits.

4) For lap time, press 

 while chronograph is running. Chronograph keeps counting while lap

time is displayed.

5) Push 

 again to return to chronograph time display.

To clear, push 

 to stop then  to clear.

 to activate light. Patented (U.S. Patent Numbers 4,527,096 and 4,775,964) electrolumi-

nescent technology used in the INDIGLO night-light illuminates entire watch face at night and
in low light conditions.

1. Watch is water-resistant only as long as lens, push buttons and case remain intact.

2. Watch is not a diver watch and should not be used for diving.

3. Rinse watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water.

Timex strongly recommends that a retailer or jeweler replace battery. If applicable, push
reset button when replacing battery. Battery type is indicated on caseback. Battery life esti-
mates are based on certain assumptions regarding usage; battery life may vary depending on
actual usage.

tout comme l’indicateur du mardi.

2) Enfoncer 

 pour remettre les secondes à zéro.

; les minutes clignoteront. Utiliser  pour régler les minutes.

 pour commencer à compter, au 1/100 de seconde près.

3) Enfoncer de nouveau 

 pour arrêter.

4) Pour le temps intermédiaire, appuyer sur 

 pendant le fonctionnement du chronographe.

Celui-ci poursuit le compte lorsque le temps intermédiaire est affiché.

5) Enfoncer de nouveau 

 pour revenir à l’affichage du chronographe.

Pour effacer, appuyer sur 

 pour arrêter le chronographe, puis  pour le remettre à zéro.

Si la montre est étanche, la prof. max. ou le symbole (

Sostenga 

 mientras oprime :

1 vez: La campanilla está encendida. Aparecerá el ícono.
2 veces: La alarma está encendida. Aparecerá el ícono.
3 veces: Se apaga la campanilla. Desaparecerá el ícono.
4 veces: Se apaga la alarma. Desaparecerá el ícono.

Oprima 

 o  para silenciar la alarma.

Para verificar la alarma: sostenga 

 y luego sostenga  juntos. La alarma emitirá un sonido

intermitente y sonará.

1) En hora normal, oprima 

. La función de cronógrafo se encenderá.

2) Oprima 

 para comenzar a contar en 1/100 de segundos.

3) Oprima 

 para parar.

4) Para el tiempo de la vuelta, oprima 

 mientras el cronógrafo está funcionando. El cronó-

grafo sigue contando mientras aparece el tiempo de la vuelta.

 nuevamente para volver a la pantalla de cronógrafo.

 para activar la luz. Patentado (Números de patente de los EE.UU. 4,527,096 y

4,775,964) la tecnología electroluminescente que se utiliza en la luz nocturna INDIGLO ilumina
la cara completa del reloj por la noche y en condiciones de baja luminosidad.

Si su reloj es resistente al agua, se indicarán los metros o aparecerá el símbolo (

ADVERTENCIA: PARA QUE EL RELOJ SEA RESISTENTE AL AGUA, NO OPRIMA NINGÚN PUL-
SADOR DEBAJO DEL AGUA.
1. El reloj es resistente al agua solamente si el cristal, los pulsadores y la caja permanecen

intactos.

2. El reloj no es un reloj para buzos y no debe usarse para submarinismo.
3. Enjuague el reloj con agua dulce en caso de exposición al agua salada.

Timex recomienda enfáticamente que un vendedor de relojes o joyero reemplace la pila.
Si corresponde, oprima el botón de reconfiguración cunado reemplace las pilas. El tipo de pila
se indica en la tapa trasera. El estimado de la duración de la pila se basa en ciertos supuestos
con respecto al uso; la duración de la pila variará según el uso real.
