Activate your Account
Before using your phone, you need to activate
its service with payLo by Virgin Mobile. To

Find the Serial Number
To activate your payLo by Virgin Mobile
account, you need your phone’s serial number.
From Phone Info, select My Number to find
your phone’s serial number.
You can also dial ##6343# from the main
screen to display your phone’s serial number.

Program your Phone
Once you have activated your account, you
need to program your payLo by Virgin Mobile
phone number into your phone. When ready,
follow these steps:
1. Turn on your phone.
2. Dial ##847446#.
3. Select Activate.
4. When your phone connects to the network,

select Get Started Now! at the prompt.

Mobile to set you up on their network. They
will send you a text message to let you know
when you can start making calls. It may also
take up to 4 hours for Downloads, Voicemail,
and Top-Up features to work.
