Enter # # followed by the 6 digit Lock Code then #. (##lockcode#)
•
Scroll to Edit and select OK
•
Enter the 10 digit Mobile # and select OK
•
Enter the MSID and select OK
•
Scroll to Done and select OK
•
Phone will power cycle.
