Follow the instructions below to view the list of missed incoming Direct Connect calls.

 1.  Select Menu (left selection key) > Missed Alerts.

 2.  Select Missed DC Calls.

 3.  Highlight the desired phone number and select Options (left selection key) to access the 

following options:

Dismiss the missed call.

Call the caller.

Send a text message to the caller.

Make a Direct Connect call.

Send a Direct Connect alert to the caller.

Send Alert with MSG Send a Direct Connect alert with a message.

Save the phone number.

 2.  Select Missed DC Alerts.

 3.  Highlight the desired phone number and select Options (left selection key) to access the

Dismiss the missed alert.

Make a Direct Connect call.

Call the caller.

Send a text message to the caller.

Send Alert with MSG Send a Direct Connect alert with message to the caller.

Save the phone number.
