3. Using the display as a viewfinder, press 

 when the 

image that you want to send appears in the display.

4. Press 

. The pix message composer appears in the 

display with the picture that you just snapped attached.

5. Enter the phone number or e-mail address of the recipient 

of the pix message.

Tip: Press the left soft key (

) 

 to display a pop-up 

menu that allows you to search your Contacts for a recipient 
or insert symbols and letters into your message.

6. Press the down navigation key to move the cursor to the 

 field, then enter a subject for the pix message 

using the keypad.

7. Press the down navigation key until the 

 field is 

highlighted, then enter a message for the recipient using 
the keypad.

8. If you want to insert a sound into your pix message, follow 

the instructions in steps 9 through 11. Otherwise, proceed 
to step 12.

9. Use the navigation key to highlight the 

 field.

10. Press the left soft key (

) 

 to display a pop-up 

menu with the options listed in the following table.

Record a new memo to insert into the message.

Insert a pre-recorded memo into the message.

Insert a melody into the message.

Insert a preloaded ring tone into the message.

Delete a sound that you have inserted into the 
message.
