Getting started
Learn how to get your phone
ready for action, and how to
make and receive calls.

Please pay attention to the follow-
ing guidelines. Breaking the rules
may be dangerous or illegal:
Mobile phones must be
switched off at all times in
an aircraft.
Do not activate near gas sta-
tions, fuel depots, chemical
plants or blasting opera-
tions.
Avoid use in hospitals; med-
ical electronics, e.g. pace-
makers and hearing aids,
can be affected.
Minor interference may
affect TVs, radios, PCs, etc.
Do not hold the phone in
your hand while driving.
Do not dismantle phone or
battery (except from dismant-
ling of phone in connection
with the EaysClick System,
cf. p. 54).
Do not use phone in high
humidity environments, and
do not use alcohol or any
other fluids to clean the
phone.
Use only specified batteries
and chargers as others can
damage the phone or invali-
date type approvals.
Unusable batteries should
be disposed of in accord-
ance with relevant legisla-
tion.
Keep the phone in a safe
place out of children’s
reach.
Use only ORIGINAL
Siemens accessories to
avoid damage to your
phone.
