The following enhancements are included with CPC EX Version 2.0:

• CPC-EX Version 2.0 adds support for the PanaVOICE Digital Voice Mail 

system. 

All installation and programming procedures for the PanaVOICE Digital 
Voice Mail system are covered in the documentation supplied with the 
PanaVOICE Digital Voice Mail system.

• The VAU port assignment program (FF3 (ExtPort)# 47#) should be used to 

configure digital ports connected to the PanaVOICE Voice Mail.

• The user can now dial *73 to enable or disable the use of the Off-Hook 

Monitor feature for 44-Series Telephones. When the user dials *73 the first 
time, the display reads Monitor OFF and the Off-Hook Monitor feature 
cannot be used. When the user dials *73 a second time, the display reads 
Monitor ON and the Off-Hook Monitor can be used.

• The ISDN Inter-Digit Timer has been changed from a fixed length of 6 

seconds to a fixed length of 4 seconds. This decreases the time the system 
waits to determine if all digits are dialed before outdialing digits.

• The CPC version number display format has been changed to indicate the 

product ID, version number and release date. For example, this release will 
display as follows when ON/OFF CONF 7777 is entered:
