Slide the Ringer switch to Sound Off . 

To hear all sounds again, slide the Ringer switch to Sound On

If the Ringer switch is set to Sound Off , 

the Ringer setting overrides the sound settings and 

all sounds are turned off, including any music you may be playing. When you slide the Ringer 
switch back to Sound On 

, it restores the previous sound settings. All sounds are as loud 

or as soft as they were before you turned them off.

Press Start  

and 

select 

Settings.

On the Personal tab, select Sounds & Notifications
