Set the snooze time-out
You can set the 
Snooze time-out
 for 
the alarm.
Select
Menu
>
Organiser
>
Alarm
clock
>
Snooze time-out
 and a snooze 
time.
When the alarm sounds, your phone 
beeps, vibrates (if vibrate alert is on in 
the currently active profile), and lights 
up.
With the device on, select 
Stop
 to shut 
the alarm off or 
Snooze
 to interrupt 
the alarm for 10 minutes. 
Snooze on
appears in the display.
If you do not press a key, the alarm 
stops for the snooze time-out period, 
then sounds again.
If you select 
Stop
, the device asks 
whether you want to activate the 
phone for calls. Select 
No
 to switch off 
the device or 
Yes
 to make and receive 
calls. Do not select 
Yes
 when wireless 
phone use may cause interference or 
danger.
■ Calendar
The calendar keeps track of reminders, 
calls you need to make, meetings, 
memo, and birthdays. It can even 
sound an alarm for any of these events.
The default monthly view provides an 
overview of the selected month and 
weeks. You can also jump to a specific 
date. Any days or dates that appear in 
bold font contain calendar notes such 
as a meeting or reminder. A short 
summary of notes for the day appear at 
the bottom of the screen.

Calendar

Scroll to move the cursor in the 
calendar view.
Calendar options
Select
Menu
>
Organiser
>
Calendar
>
Options
 and one of the following:
Week view
—View your calendar by 
weeks. To return to month view select 
Back
 while in the 
Week view
.
Make a note
—Create a note on the 
selected date.
Go to date
—Jump to a specific date. 
Enter the date (for example, 15/07/
2006), and select 
OK
.
Go to today
—Jump to the current date.
Settings
—Modify the calendar 
settings.
Go to to-do list
—Go directly to your 
to-do list.
Delete all notes
—Delete all calendar 
notes. This option appears only if a 
calendar note has been created.
