After you have been informed that someone has transmitted a confidential document to a remote station's
mailbox, you can poll the confidential document from the remote station by following the procedure below.

 (see Note 1)

Make sure that the FAX lamp is ON.  If not, press 

 to select the "FAX MODE".

  

  

  

  

Enter a 4-digit Confidential Code.

Dial by any one of the following methods:
• One-Touch Dialling
• Abbreviated Dialling
• Manual Number Dialling
• Directory Search Dialling
