Customer Support 
Please follow the procedures below when requesting PQI for after-sales service or repair. 
 
● Contact the PQI customer service department.   
● Have your proof of purchase and the product serial number, if any, ready when you contact 
the PQI customer service department. Acceptable forms for proof of purchase are your 
purchase receipt, invoice or the PQI warranty card signed and dated by the store.   
● You may also download an RMA request form, fill it out and fax it back to us.   
● Our service personnel will provide a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number and 
shipping instructions for return of the product. No return will be accepted without pre-
authorization, the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton, and 
the freight prepaid at your expense.   
● The RMA number is only valid for 30 days from the issue date. It is your responsibility to 
ensure that PQI receives your product within the 30-day period. After expiration of the 30-
day period, you must follow the above procedure and request a new RMA number. PQI 
reserves the right to refuse the product return.   
● The warranty period for the repaired or replaced unit will be the remaining warranty period 
based on the original purchase date, or 30 days from the completion of repair or 
replacement, whichever is longer.
