* The match will be a 1:1 (buy one, get one free) match off of list price on the products listed in the MG08 Product List. 

* Submissions which do not follow the process outlined will not qualify for this matching grant.

* Once you have agreed to the configuration and quote, your rep will submit your request and quote for evaluation and possible approval.
* If the match is approved, your rep will receive an approval number via email and forward to you, with cc to the Partner Rep, if a Partner is involved.
* The quote number and approval number must be on your purchase order.
* Cut purchase order within 30 days after the approval date and submit to Sun or Partner as usual.

* Every application is subject to final approval by Sun Microsystems, Inc.  

  The number of labs included may be limited due to the response to this matching grant program and there is a limited amount of equipment

  available for this program. 

 Orders will be processed on a first-come first-served basis.

 Your order will be considered approved when you

  receive an approval number from the Sun Program Manager, and if

  place within 30 days after the approval date .

* Eligible hardware for this match is listed in the MG08 End-User Product List.

 Sun reserves the right to

   things, that products can be taken off or added on, and price changes will be applied in the course of the program. Products can only be offered

  and vice versa Sun Monitors can only be bought with Matching Grant when bought in combination with a Sun Desktop.
