The tumble dryer is specially designed
for installation under a worktop. 

This appliance is fitted with a protec-
tive coverplate which replaces the
machine lid.  For reasons of 

electri-

cal safety

 this coverplate is necess-

ary and should not be removed. 

– The appliance should never be oper-

ated without the furniture front panel
in place. 

– The electrical connection point

should be close to the appliance
and easily accessible. 

– The slides provided with the ma-

chine are intended to prevent dam-
age to floor coverings when ma-
noeuvring the tumble dryer into
position. 

– For installation under a work surface

900/910 mm or 950/960 mm from
the floor, one or two spacer frames are
required respectively. 

Spacer frames complete with fitting in-
structions are available from Miele
Dealers and the Miele Spare Parts De-
partment.
