Display the Shooting menu.

Select FLASH MODE by pressing the v or V 
control button.

Press the ENTER button.
The FLASH MODE screen appears.

Select the flash mode by pressing the v or V 
control button.

Press the ENTER button.
If 

 or 

 was selected for the flash mode, the 

Shooting menu reappears.
If 

 was selected for the flash mode, the menu for 

selecting the flash intensity level appears. Select a 
flash intensity level (100/70/50/35/25/18/12%) 
using the v or V control button, and press the 
ENTER button. The flash intensity level is set, and 
the Shooting menu reappears.

You can only set the aperture when the FLASH MODE 
is set to 

 or 

.

Display the Shooting menu.

Select APERTURE by pressing the v or V control 
button.

Press the ENTER button.
The APERTURE screen appears.

Select F4.7 or F5.6 by pressing the v or V control 
button.

Press the ENTER button.
The Shooting menu reappears.
