Installing the battery pack
To remove the battery pack
Open the battery cover. Slide the battery eject lever downward, and remove
the battery pack.

The LCD screen on the camera shows the remaining time for which you can still
record or play back images.

Auto power-off function
If you do not operate the camera for about three minutes during recording, the camera
turns off automatically to prevent wearing down the battery. To use the camera again,
slide the POWER switch to turn on the camera again.

Open the cover while sliding the OPEN switch in the direction of the arrow.

Install the battery pack.
Slide the battery eject lever downward and insert the battery pack with the
