Installing or removing the CF Card
Captured images are recorded on the CompactFlash (CF) card.
Make sure that the camera is turned off before inserting or remov-
ing the CF card (optional). When no card is inserted, the images
are recorded in the camera’s built-in memory (11MB).

Open the CF card cover.

Orient the card with the surface of the card having the
symbol facing towards the lens and with the
pin-connector edge of the card towards the slot and
insert fully.

Close the CF card cover.
Removing the Card

Open the CF card cover.

Press the CF card eject button and remove the card.

• If you open the CF card cover when the camera is turned
on, a warning beep will sound and the camera will turn off
automatically.
