arguments. Each pair of Arguments consists of a parameter 
identifier, followed by the value used as a command default 
value for the field. The valid parameter identifiers and types 
for this function are shown in the following "Parameters" 
paragraph.

Maximum number of media allowed in this 
MediaClass group.

VSID_CLASS_MOUNT_STATE

Indicates whether this MediaClass group 
supports the “mount by MediaClass” 
functionality. Valid 

VSID_CLASS_MOUNT_STATE

enumerated in the vs_types.h file.

VSID_CLASS_RPC_OPTION 
(VST_CLASS_RPC_OPTION)

Indicates whether callbacks are to be 
activated for this MediaClass group, and if 
they are, which callback scheme is used. Valid

VSID_CLIENT_DISPATCH 
(VST_CLIENT_DISPATCH)

Name of the client dispatch routine to receive 
status for Create Media Class commands.

VSID_ENTERPRISE_ID 
(VST_ENTERPRISE_ID)

Identifier of the enterprise, if any, to receive 
final status on Create Media Class 
commands.
