Before submitting this unit for repair, try using the following guidance to solve the problem. If the 
problem persists, consult with your Sony dealer or Sony service facilities.

If you experience one of the following problems, check the table below: “No images are displayed 
while this unit is turned on,” “Unable to set the operation screen” or “Printing does not start even 
though the printer is turned on.”

The power cannot 
be turned on.

• Is the power plug inserted 

properly?

displayed on the

• Is a memory card inserted 

properly?

contain images saved with a

• Is the file format compatible 

with DCF?

c A file that is not compatible with DCF 

may not be able to be displayed with this 
unit, even if it can be displayed with a 
computer.

• Is this unit in clock and 

calendar display mode?

c Set this unit to other than clock and 

calendar display mode. (

be changed or lost when you edit or save
