Playing back the External Drive
≥ Only motion picture/still picture that have been copied by connecting this unit to the USB
HDD or copied with HD Writer XE 2.0 can be played back.

Connect this unit to the USB HDD to prepare for playback. (
≥ When playing back on a TV, connect this unit to the TV. (

Touch [Playback from External Drive].

Touch the scene or still picture to be played back and then play it back.
≥ The playback operation is performed the same as when playing back motion pictures or still
pictures. (

To terminate the connection between this unit and the USB HDD
Touch the play mode select icon (
) and then touch
.
≥ Disconnect the USB Connection Cable from this unit.
≥ It is also possible to switch the media to play back by touching the play mode select icon.
When the USB HDD is connected, the
(USB HDD) can be selected from the displayed media
types. (

≥ In the following cases, when you have touched a play mode select icon and selected the
recording format for playback, this unit will be restarted to change the system frequency. After the
restart, perform Step 2.
j When you have switched recording format from [C4K/24p 100M] to a different option.
j When you have switched recording format from an option other than [C4K/24p 100M] to [C4K/
restart, perform Step 2.
