Step 2: Turning the power on, and setting the 

date and time

Open the LCD screen of your camcorder.

Your camcorder turns on.

Select the desired geographical area by selecting 

/

 with / of the 

multi-selector, keep pressing the center of the multi-selector until the 
desired geographical area is turned on a light.

See page 16 for the detail of the using the multi-selector.

To set the date and time again, operate the multi-selector to select 

 (MENU)  [Show 

others]  [CLOCK/ LANG] (under   [GENERAL SET] category)  [CLOCK SET]. When an 

item is not on the screen, select 

/

 until the item appears.

Select [NEXT] with  of the multi-selector, then press the center of the 
multi-selector.

Select setting of [SUMMERTIME] with / of the multi-selector, and press 
the center of the multi-selector.



