(1) Set the POWER switch to OFF to prevent

misoperation of the camcorder.

(2) To open the lid of the battery compartment,

slide down the OPEN (BATT) release lever.

(3) Insert the battery pack in the direction of the

arrow.

(4) Close the lid until it clicks.

Open the lid of the battery compartment.  Then
release the BATT release lever, and remove the
battery pack.  When removing the battery pack,
keep the lid of the battery compartment upright
so that the battery pack does not fall out.

(1) Ajuste el interruptor POWER en OFF para

evitar el funcionamiento incorrecto de la
videocámara.

(2)Deslice la palanca de liberación OPEN (BATT)

hacia abajo para abrir la tapa del
compartimiento de la batería.

(3) Inserte el paquete de baterías en la dirección

de la flecha.

(4) Cierre la tapa hasta que oiga un chasquido.

Abra la tapa del compartimiento de la batería.
Suelte la palanca de liberación BATT y retire el
paquete de baterías.  Al retirarlo, mantenga la
tapa del compartimiento de la batería en posición
vertical para evitar que se caiga el paquete de
baterías.
